Data processing in the context of our website

General information

On our website, we process data that you provide to us, server logs that are created for security reasons, and cookies. These small text files store information on your device that is used to recognise you

The technical operation of our web server is carried out by Anexia Internetdienstleistungs GmbH as a service provider.

To block the setting of third-party cookies, you can make the appropriate settings in your browser. Instructions can be found for the most common browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Safari (third-party cookies are blocked by default in Safari).

Data processing for the operation and security of our website (server logs)

Purpose of processing: The web server collects so-called server logs when our website is accessed, which are necessary for technical operation and to ensure system security.

The following data is collected: Host name of the accessing computer, date and time of the request, type of browser and operating system used and the referrer URL.

Legal basis for processing: This data processing is based on our legitimate interest in ensuring the smooth operation and security of our services.

Data processing for web analytics

Purpose of processing: With your consent, we use Google Analytics from Google LLC to analyze our website. The controller within the EU is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics is used in version 4, which means that no cookies are stored on your end device. Your IP address is only used briefly to determine your location and then anonymized.

Legal basis for processing: The use of Google Analytics is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Recipient of the data: The information collected by Google Analytics is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google analyzes this data on our behalf in order to provide us with detailed reports on the use of our offers. This enables us to better tailor our services to your needs. The data is transmitted to Google Ireland Limited. We have concluded an order processing contract with Google.

Google is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework (see www.dataprivacyframework.gov/list). The transfer of data to the USA is legitimized by an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

Purpose of processing: When you contact us (e.g. by email, telephone or via a form), we only process the data transmitted in the process to the extent necessary to process your request.
